Accounts Receivable Specialist (Charm Location)

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

• Process customer invoicing.

• Maintain accurate records of all incoming payments.

• Respond to customer inquiries about billing, payment status, and discrepancies.

• Create and update customer account information.

• Assist with filing and organizing documents (physical and digital).

• Other projects, duties, and responsibilities, as assigned.

• 3-5 years of experience preferred

Skills:

• Basic computer skills, bookkeeping software, and Microsoft Office experience preferred

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and coworkers

• Ability to keep documents and information organized

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately

Plywood Order Picker (Charm Location)

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

• Pick plywood orders for delivery.

• Assist with stock replenishing

Some of the requirements of this position are:

• Ability to work efficiently and accurately with attention to detail.

• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and customers.

• Ability to operate necessary equipment.

Prehung Door Operator (Baltic Location)

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

• Set up and operate door prep equipment.

• Precut door parts and assemble prehung door units.

Some of the requirements of this position are:

• Ability to work accurately and safely.

• Ability to communicate and perform well with a team.

• Physical ability to handle prehung door units.

Flooring & Tile Sales (Charm Location)

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

• Assist customers via phone, fax, or email with questions regarding price, availability, and the application of products.

• Build relationships with co-workers and customers.

• Generate orders and estimates accurately and efficiently.

• Offer customers assistance with color selection and design.

• Stock products on shelves as needed.

• Work Monday and Saturday schedule.

• A desire to provide excellent customer service.

• Good communication skills.

Part-Time Cashier (Charm Location)

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

• Appropriately greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.

• Communicate in a positive manner through the sale process and parting communications.

• Work the Saturday and Monday evening schedule.

Some of the requirements of this position are:
