Millwork Sales (Charm Location)
Some of the responsibilities of this position are:
-
Build relationships with co-workers & customers.
-
Assist customers via phone, fax, email and in-person with Millwork related questions.

Generate orders and quotes accurately and efficiently.
Some of the requirements of this position are:

An interest in Millwork products.
Storage Rooms Order Picking (Charm Location)
Some of the responsibilities of this position are:
-
Pick orders for delivery, pickup and store replenishing.
-
Restock shelves, put away incoming products.
-
Assist in different storage room areas as needed.
Some of the requirements of this position are:

The ability to work efficiently and accurately with attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills.
Accounts Receivable Specialist (Charm Location)
Some of the responsibilities of this position are:
-
Process customer invoicing.
-
Maintain accurate records of all incoming payments.
-
Respond to customer inquiries about billing, payment status, and discrepancies.
-
Create and update customer account information.
-
Assist with filing and organizing documents (physical and digital).
-
Other projects, duties, and responsibilities, as assigned.

3-5 years of experience preferred.
Skills:

Basic computer skills, bookkeeping software, and Microsoft Office experience preferred.

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and coworkers.

Ability to keep documents and information organized.
-
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
Part-Time Cashier (Charm Location)
Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

Appropriately greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.

Communicate in a positive manner through the sale process and parting communications.

Work the Saturday and Monday evening schedule.
Some of the requirements of this position are:
