Van Driver (Charm Location)

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

  • Provide safe & pleasant travel time for employees.

  • Operate vehicle in a safe & efficient manner.

  • Be prompt & consistent.

  • Keep the van clean.

Keim Cares Executive Director (Charm Location)

Keim Cares, a non-profit organization of The Keim Company, is looking for an Executive Director. The
Keim Cares Executive Director strongly identifies with the calling of "Creating opportunities to be the
hands and feet of Jesus by giving back to our co-workers, customers, and communities", and is
responsible to actively steward the mission, finances, and operations of Keim Cares.

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

  • Diligently steward the Keim Cares mission and finances.

  • Manage day-to-day operations.
    o Recruit staff
    o Develop and implement strategies
    o Oversee programs and services
    o Build community partnerships
    o Communicate regularly about Keim Cares activity

  • Work in collaboration with Keim Cares Board.

Some of the requirements of this position are:

  • Values alignment with Keim's vision, mission, values, and noble purpose.

  • Strong leadership skills.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Experience working in a non-profit organization.

 

 

Lighting & Electrical Sales (Charm Location)

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

  • Assist customers with lighting fixtures & accessories.

  • Answer questions regarding pricing, availability and application of products.

  • Provide an excellent customer experience in person, on the phone & via email.

  • Assist with stocking product on shelves and displays.

  • Work the Saturday schedule.

Some of the requirements of this position are:

  • Supports and applies Keim Lumber’s Core Values, Mission & Vision Statement.

  • An interest in lighting layout & design.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Basic keyboard and computer skills preferred but not required.

 

 

Tool Repair (Charm Location)

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in person, on the phone, via fax or email.

  • Assist in repairing of tools

  • Research parts that are needed in repairing equipment.

  • Work the Saturday & Monday evening schedule.

Some of the requirements of this position are:

  • Supports and applies Keim Lumber’s Core Values, Mission & Vision Statement

  • An interest in tools and tool repair.

  • Substantial knowledge of tools and the related mechanics.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Computer skills are preferred but not required.

  • Ability to read information about parts breakdowns.
