Our Story
Founded in 1911, our fourth-generation family business has a long history of serving contractors, woodworkers, and homeowners. Owners, Robbie and Karen Keim desire for the company to serve its employees, customers, and communities for a very long time.

One Noble Purpose
We operate as one team sharing one noble purpose, which is building the kingdom together through diligent stewardship and abundant generosity.
Be a Blessing
When it comes to serving our co-workers, customers, and communities, we believe that every person has a story and ask ourselves, how will I be a blessing today?

Business for Community
As you drive through Ohio’s Amish Country in the summer and fall, you see an abundant harvest: the result of many seeds. In German, Keim means seed.
At Keim, we seek to plant seeds for a better community.
We do this through the
Business for Community model.

Business for Community
is a way of life
We've been living it out for generations.
It means that we value three things:

1. Community:
Our connection to our owners, co-workers, customers, business partners, and local residents.

2. Local Economy:
The financial and educational well-being of hundreds of local businesses and families they support.

3. Creation Care:
The cultivation, conservation, and protection of our natural, God-given resources.
Why does community matter?
In community, our long-term success depends on the
success and resilience of those around us.
Living out Business for Community plants the seeds for a better tomorrow.
When we work and thrive together in community,
we can live in prosperity and harmony.
What does it take?

Trust
It's what holds us together.

Relationships
Our mutual connection.
